College of Health Sciences and Technology (CHST) established the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with University of Massachusetts Lowell USA (UMass Lowell USA), to promote the educational and academic cooperation. Simultaneously, the Dual Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree Agreement was completed between CHST and College of Sciences, UMass Lowell USA. Undergraduate students of CHST can apply for the master program in UMass Lowell USA after the third year at NCU and then study at UMass Lowell USA for two years. These students in this program will receive a BS degree from National Central University and an MS degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, provided they meet the BS degree requirements of NCU and the MS degree requirements of UMass Lowell.

University of Massachusetts Lowell is an urban public research university in Lowell, Massachusetts, United States, and part of the University of Massachusetts system. The Times Higher Education World University Rankings placed the entire University of Massachusetts system at 91 in the world.
